Ennos Projects respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website or contact us, and how we handle it in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect
When you use the quote form, you give us your name, phone number, the type of job, your area, when you need the work done and any description you add. When you call, WhatsApp or email us, we receive your contact details, your messages and any photos you send of the job.
How the quote form works
The form does not store your details on this website. When you tap "Send on WhatsApp", your details are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device, and nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. WhatsApp is run by Meta, and its own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.
Why we use your information
We use your information only to reply to you, quote for your job, arrange and do the work, and keep in touch about it. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set tracking cookies by default. If we add website analytics (such as Google Analytics), it will only run after you accept it in the cookie banner, and you can decline.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them to quote for and complete your job and meet any legal requirements, and then delete them.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Send your request by WhatsApp, phone or email. If you are unhappy with how we handled your information, you may complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
Security
We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and to limit who can see it. This website is served over a secure HTTPS connection.
